Venango, Washington and Westmoreland; (Ohio) Jefferson, Columbiana and Mahoning; (West Virginia)

The C.A.U.S.E. Challenge Film Festival invites high school students - either individually or in teams of up to four - to write, produce and edit a video or film (5-minute maximum length) on the theme "Mutual Impact: The Environment and You." C.A.U.S.E. stands for Creating Awareness and Understanding of our Surrounding Environment. The fifth annual competition will start with the beginning of the 2008-2009 school year. The submission deadline for the competition will be March 2009 and the awards ceremony will be held April 2009 - specifcs dates TBD.
