SciTech High School Programs Middle School Programs Reservation Information
REGISTRATION DEADLINE Reservations must be completed before October 22, 2013. Registration Steps Check out the daily program charts before contacting the registrar at 412.237.3400 and press 7. High School Programs Middle School Programs Limit one hands-on workshop/student/day to provide this opportunity for all students, and, one program in the Science Stage or the Buhl Planetarium. Upon registering your group you will receive an E-MAIL confirmation with your Carnegie Science Center Visit Contract and SciTech Registration Form. Review both documents and sign and return both forms to confirm your visit. If you have any decreases to attendance, be sure to update both forms. If you have an increase to attendance call 412-237-3400 press 7 to speak with a reservationist for program availability for additional students. Signed Visit Contracts and SciTech Registration forms confirming your reservation and attendance are due October 22, 2013. Schools dividing their students into multiple groups or programs must provide 1 chaperone per group. An Adult must attend programs/workshops with students. Please call early to register, programs fill quickly. No advance reservations accepted for non-groups. Please purchase same date tickets at the admissions desk on the first floor of the Carnegie Science Center. You may mail or fax your Visit Contract and SciTech Registration to: Carnegie Science Center Attention Call Center Pittsburgh PA 15212 Fax 412.237.3375 Group Admission Groups of 15 or more need a reservation in advance *Groups with fewer than 15 will be charged for a minimum of 15 people at the group rate.* Group Rates: Student Rates $8 Required chaperones free (1 Adult per 10 students required) Additional Adults $8 Add an Omnimax for $7 Required Chaperone, $4 for Students and $4 Additional Adults. (Rates apply to groups of 15 or more.) Non-Group Admission General Admission Tickets are available at 10:00am on the day of your visit and include access to all Carnegie Science Center Exhibits including Highmark SportsWorks, Buhl Digital Dome, Live Demonstrations, USS Requin Submarine and SciTech Days Programs and Exhibits.
