As an affiliate fair of the International Science and Engineering Fair, PRSEF can advance up to four Senior Division students to ISEF, held May 9-15, 2004 in Portland, Oregon.
The ISEF Judges are experts from universities and hospitals who read the papers submitted by the student researchers, examine their exhibits, select candidates and interview the student in a special session to choose the participants that will represent PRSEF at ISEF. These judges are not involved in the category award process and category judges are not involved in the ISEF process.
