Exhibitor Package
Exhibit Space is 8'x8' for the organization to display an Interactive Exhibit of the
science, engineering, and/or technology behind their service or
product.
The audience is general public, high school and college students.
This exhibit space will be located on the second floor (or above, first come is
first served) at Carnegie Science Center
during the SciTech Festival.
We Provide:
- 1.5' X 6' Identification Sign with Festival logo and your organization name
- 2' X 2' Did you know? Sign with interesting fact about your organization
- Table with solid black covering, hidden storage space available beneath
- 8' X 8' Backdrop
- 2 chairs, wastebasket
- Daily light refreshments during the Festival exhibit times.
- Free parking during the Festival.
- Free access to Exhibit Development Workshops
- Exhibitor Only section online with detailed information, checklist, feedback from previous exhibitors and visitors.
- Set-up assistance
- Unlimited exhibitor badges for your staff
